Lance Walker
Senior Pastor
Pastor Lance has been at FBC since 1996. He has a BA degree and a Masters of Divinity degree from Central Seminary in Minneapolis. He has been married to Kristine for over 30 years and they have three adult children (two boys and a girl). His number one “hobby” is reading everything he can get his hands on!
Steve Carpenter
Administrative Pastor
Pastor Steve has been at FBC since 1996. He has a BA degree and a Masters of Divinity degree from Central Seminary in Minneapolis. He has been married to Christine since 1997 and they have one adult child. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and mountain biking with his family and friends.
Jim Civale
Education Pastor
Pastor Jim joined FBC in 2022. He has an M.A. degree in Educational Administration and has served many years planting churches and schools as an overseas missionary. He and his wife Emi have four children and three grandchildren. Aside from his passion for teaching and preaching, Jim loves family, friends, reading, writing, organizing, and foreign languages.
Dave Crompton
Associate Pastor
Pastor Dave came to FBC in June of 2015. He has a B.R.E. from Baptist Bible College and a Masters of Divinity degree from Baptist Bible Seminary. He has been privileged to be married to Lin since 1980. They have four grown daughters and nine grandchildren. Dave enjoys woodworking (making Christmas ornaments) and hiking/backpacking out west.
Rey Edwards
Mosaic Baptist Church Pastor
Pastor Rey joined FBC in 2015. He has been in ministry for over 30 years. He has a Master's Degree in Expository Preaching and is the founder of Spanish Mission Builders, a missionary ministry seeking to evangelize Latin America. Along with his wife Julia, they have three children: Elizabeth, David, and Hannah. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, reading, and watching movies.
Lawrence Lartey
Youth Pastor
Pastor Lawrence joined FBC in 2015. He has a B.S. in Youth Ministry from Lancaster Bible College, where he met his wife, Amanda. They have three children. He loves to spend his downtime playing sports with the teens, and he is an avid fan of his hometown Kansas City Chiefs!
